• Set and govern the strategic direction for GCA's AI and technology ecosystem
• Manage a team responsible for building and evolving technology platforms supporting GCA's core capabilities
• Drive workforce adoption and effective utilization of AI and technology capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in tech and AI transformation within complex environments
• Experience in product management, agile delivery, and platform lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of data storage and governance principles
• Proven success in driving behavior change and adoption of new technologies
