Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 17+ years of industry experience
• 13+ years of successful leadership experience in a relevant industry
• Proven experience in product development lifecycle, particularly in algorithms engineering and data analytics
• Industry expertise in statistical estimation, machine learning, and data analytics on complex datasets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a technical team
