Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Algorithm Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of embedded and cloud-based algorithms for continuous glucose monitoring systems
• Ensure industry-leading performance in algorithm designs and technologies for biosensor products

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 17+ years of industry experience
• 13+ years of successful leadership experience in a relevant industry
• Proven experience in product development lifecycle, including algorithm engineering and data analytics
• Expertise in statistical estimation, machine learning, and data analytics on complex datasets
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for motivating teams
