Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Development, Global Occupier Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify growth opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Manage the creation of client-facing materials and participate in client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and oversee contract strategy and negotiations for healthcare pursuits
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate services, with a minimum of 7+ years in business development focused on large healthcare systems
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management with senior executives
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and commercial real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce for CRM and pipeline development
