Job Summary

Leading commercial assessments and forecasting models, the full-time Senior Director, Business Development will manage licensing, acquisition, and partnership opportunities in unfamiliar therapeutic areas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive commercial assessments and develop defensible points of view for new market opportunities
  • Design and lead primary market research programs, translating findings into actionable insights
  • Build and implement flexible forecasting models to evaluate commercial potential and market dynamics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a scientific field
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial strategy, BD analytics, or market research
  • Demonstrated ability to build commercial conviction in new markets
  • Experience in leading primary market research and synthesizing findings into recommendations
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including revenue forecasting and scenario modeling
