Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Business Development - Biologics CDMO.

Key Responsibilities:

Dive into potential clients for Biologics services through strategic research and collaboration
Meet and surpass ambitious sales and profit targets
Develop strategic plans to ensure seamless delivery of orders and cultivate client relationships

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Chemistry or related field (PhD strongly preferred)
Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in a scientific lab environment
Proven track record in Business Development roles within the CDMO industry
Deep understanding of CDMO and Biologics market with Process Development/Commercial manufacturing experience
Strong business analytical abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills
