Senior Director, Business Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Capabilities and Solution Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing a business portfolio exceeding $600M and overseeing resource allocation budgets
• Provides leadership and direction to a team of 18 and approximately 30 indirect reports, ensuring high performance and effective succession planning
• Drives complex project and program initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership to align strategies and deliver business results

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project delivery, consulting, or similar executive management experience
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management and achieving successful business results in a matrixed environment
• 5+ years of experience in defining and executing strategic priorities and managing teams
• Experience in financial acumen and capital planning
• Proven ability to influence and align with executive leadership across various viewpoints
