Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Operations - Networking Optics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own demand, supply, and risk production plans for optics in the networking business
• Lead all aspects of the Optical Supply Chain from technical and business operations perspectives
• Present to the executive team regularly, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization

Required Qualifications

• Validated experience in networking technology, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Demonstrated experience in operations management, supply chain management, or product management
• 15+ years of proven experience, with 8+ years in management roles
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and modeling skills
• MBA combined with an undergraduate degree in engineering, science, or business/finance
