Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, CARE Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives
• Manage financial reporting, cash and treasury management, tax planning, audit management, and risk management
• Lead and grow a team of finance and accounting professionals

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with expertise in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or complex programs
• Advanced understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Proficiency in financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance
