Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director CDI and Coding - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee revenue cycle functions performed internally and by vendors
• Foster collaboration between executive leaders and external stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for revenue cycle efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Finance, or relevant field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Operations
• 8 years of leadership experience
• 10+ years of experience in ICD10 Coding and hospital coding guidelines
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) best practices
