Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director CDI and Coding, responsible for managing revenue cycle improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned revenue cycle functions performed internally and by vendors
• Foster collaboration among executive leaders and external stakeholders to align goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Finance, or a relevant area
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Operations
• 8 years of leadership experience
• 10+ years of background in ICD10 Coding and hospital coding guidelines
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) best practices
