A company is looking for a Senior Director CDI and Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize revenue cycle functions performed internally and by vendors
• Establish collaborative relationships with executive leaders and stakeholders to align goals
• Implement process improvements and maintain communication regarding performance and expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Finance, or relevant field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Operations
• 8 years of leadership experience
• 10+ years of experience in ICD10 coding and hospital coding guidelines
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) best practices
