Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Reseller Channel Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for driving new employer unit sales growth through health plan and channel partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales leaders across assigned health plans and channel partnerships
  • Train sales and account managers on presenting and closing solutions, while assisting with proposals and presentations


Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in health plan or channel sales/business development
  • Proven track record of relationship building and collaboration with health plan clinical thought leaders
  • Ability to articulate the value of healthcare capabilities and serve as a thought leader in personalized healthcare
  • Strong business acumen balanced with high ethical standards
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and fluid environment
