Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Client Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing client services team to foster accountability and client success
• Oversee the implementation and execution of solutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Establish best practices for client service delivery, optimizing processes and resources

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of leadership experience in client services, account management, or solution delivery within enterprise SaaS, InsurTech, or financial services
• Proven track record of managing large-scale client engagements and delivering complex technology solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to travel to clients 20% of the time
