Senior Director, Client Growth
Job Summary
Leading growth initiatives for mission-aligned opportunities within the Department of Homeland Security, the hybrid Senior Director, Client Growth will develop and execute strategies focused on enhancing digital services for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and other DHS programs while leveraging industry relationships and managing a qualified pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across USCIS and other DHS organizations
- Lead strategic pursuits throughout the federal opportunity lifecycle, from identification through capture and award
- Maintain and expand relationships with federal executives and stakeholders to connect their needs with Ad Hoc's capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Significant experience supporting USCIS or other DHS organizations through business development and capture
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing federal growth strategies
- Established customer and industry relationships within relevant DHS markets
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles
