Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined client portfolio, focusing on revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Develop and implement client growth plans while ensuring long-term retention and stability
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to address issues and identify service expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or equivalent advanced training and experience
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle industry, including 5 years in a similar client management role
• Experience with BPO offshoring services to US-based health systems
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and technologies
• Ability to utilize internal tools for reporting client activity and cross-selling opportunities
