Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined client portfolio, focusing on revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Develop and implement client growth plans, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with operations leaders to identify opportunities for expanded services and address client issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5 years in a similar client management role in the healthcare revenue industry
• Experience with BPO offshoring services to a US-based health system
• Strong working knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle industry
• Proficiency in utilizing internal tools for client reporting and activity tracking
