Senior Director Clinical Biomarkers

Job Summary

To provide strategic and scientific leadership in oncology diagnostics, the full-time Senior Director Clinical Biomarkers will define and advance biomarker and translational medicine strategies for BioPharma collaborations, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead translational medicine and clinical biomarker strategy across oncology programs within the BioPharma BD portfolio
• Define and oversee biomarker plans supporting late-stage development in solid tumors, including assay strategy and regulatory filing support
• Establish and lead strategic collaborations with BioPharma partners and academic institutions to enhance innovation and evidence generation

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (PhD, MD, DVM, or equivalent strongly preferred)
• 15+ years of relevant experience in translational medicine, clinical biomarker development, or oncology drug development
• Significant experience in biomarker-driven clinical development across early- and late-stage oncology programs
• Demonstrated success in building external scientific relationships and representing organizations in high-profile settings
• Strong record of scientific leadership and strategic execution
