Senior Director, Clinical Program Management

Job Summary

Senior Director, Clinical Program Management is a full-time position responsible for leading a cross-functional team to manage program execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional program team to manage the development and execution of program strategy
• Act as the primary contact for the program, overseeing all program information, including strategy, scope, and timelines
• Facilitate decision-making processes and maintain program-related documentation and communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field required, with relevant experience
• At least 12 years of project management experience in the biotechnology industry
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Cell therapy experience strongly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
