Senior Director, Cloud Services
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and growth of mission-critical financial solutions, the full-time Senior Director, Cloud Services will drive customer success and oversee high-performing teams delivering innovative financial services solutions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point and executive contact for all matters related to the Financial Hub platform
- Lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of financial services solutions, including Payment Hub and Order & Trade Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring successful implementation of solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a technology organization with progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong expertise in financial services technology, including payments and treasury solutions
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing client-facing implementations
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
