Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare
• Experience in supporting global commercial organizations, including launch readiness and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated capability at a Senior Director level, with experience in leading complex initiatives
• Strong project leadership skills, including planning and stakeholder management
• Track record of thriving in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
