Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director/AVP- Community Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Experts/Consultants on the platform
- Assist in onboarding and training new Experts/Consultants
- Advocate for the needs of the community and gather feedback for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience in community management, customer service, or a similar role
- Familiarity with freelancer economy dynamics and platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, forums, and online communication tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
