Senior Director, Contract Development

Job Summary

Leading the development and governance of proposal and contracting processes for U.S. market access, the full-time Senior Director, Contract Development will oversee analytics, business case development, and contract drafting while ensuring alignment with brand strategies and compliance requirements in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal and deal development lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to contract execution and post-deal performance evaluation
• Provide market insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine deal strategies and prepare for executive approval forums
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance proposal drafting and contract performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Life Sciences; MBA, PharmD, or JD preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or payer environments
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in U.S. Market Access, pricing strategy, or commercial contracting
