Job Summary

Leading M&A execution and financial services strategy, the full-time Senior Director, Corporate Development will manage transaction discipline, financial diligence, and post-merger integration while cultivating relationships with institutional investors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and build strategic relationships with solar financiers and investors to enhance capital market presence
• Lead all phases of the M&A process, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning
• Prepare and present financial analyses and investment theses to the Executive Team and Board of Directors

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in transaction-intensive roles such as Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
• Proven track record of successfully leading and closing multiple M&A transactions, ideally within the renewable energy or technology sectors
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage external advisors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong preference for candidates with deep experience in Renewable Energy Finance
