Senior Director Corporate Development

Job Summary

Leading the company's inorganic growth strategy, the full-time Senior Director Corporate Development will manage mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and capital deployment initiatives while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full M&A lifecycle including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and closing for acquisitions and divestitures
• Assess industry trends and support strategic planning processes to inform long-term corporate strategy
• Lead post-close integration planning and execution, ensuring alignment across various teams and tracking integration KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or related advanced degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy roles, with a focus on telecom or infrastructure industries
• Proven success in executing M&A transactions within telecom, broadband, or related sectors
• Experience in both corporate and private equity environments is preferred
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring expertise
