Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, CRM, Customer Experience and Enterprise Applications in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop thought leading research on CRM strategies and technologies
- Work with clients on strategic and tactical CRM technology challenges
- Collaborate on Customer Experience strategy and CRM technology implementation for seamless customer journeys
Required Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in CRM and Customer Experience areas
- Expertise in enterprise CRM architecture and technologies
- Experience with major CRM applications like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and SAP
- Ability to create CRM strategies and roadmaps for enterprise-wide implementation
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies supporting CRM
