Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Area Vertical Lead Customer Engagement Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer success metrics, driving proactive risk management and expansion
- Oversee professional services delivery and commercial performance, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met
- Lead a high-performing support organization focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in post-sales leadership with experience managing multi-functional teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Proven track record of owning customer retention and services revenue simultaneously
- Experience in transitioning from traditional SaaS to consumption-based revenue models
- Ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
