Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy for data center solutions and telecom distribution products
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and market share expansion across target industries and enterprise accounts
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization focused on enterprise, strategic, and emerging accounts

Qualifications - Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• 8-12+ years of sales experience in data center, telecom, or distribution industries
• Proven track record leading sales teams and closing large enterprise contracts
• Strong knowledge of data center ecosystems and solution selling
• Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
