Senior Director, Data Governance

Job Summary

Leading global privacy operations and governance initiatives, the full-time Senior Director, Data Governance will manage compliance, risk management, and operational best practices within the Technology segment, working remotely and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to integrate governance, risk, and compliance provisions into various operational content
• Monitor and assess data protection and AI regulations for applicability and operationalization within workstreams
• Lead audits and assessments to support privacy by design and AI governance principles, ensuring ongoing compliance and risk management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, law, or public policy
• 5 years of experience in data governance, privacy, and/or AI governance
• 15 or more years of total applicable work experience in information technology or operational risk management
• Expert knowledge of domestic and global data protection regulations and security frameworks
• Any relevant certifications such as CIPP, AIGP, or CRISC
