A company is looking for a Senior Director of Hybrid & Data Protection Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for hybrid platform and data protection services
• Build and manage a team of product managers to deliver platform-level capabilities for analytics and AI workloads
• Drive strategic partnerships and ensure the delivery of validated, enterprise-ready hybrid solutions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or cloud infrastructure
• Proven leadership experience in building and managing product management teams
• Strong background in hybrid cloud platforms and data protection services
• Experience with OEM and cloud partners on joint solutions and integrations
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
