Senior Director, Developer Enablement

Job Summary

Leading the Development Partner Enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Director, Developer Enablement will drive the adoption of AI-first solutions, scale development efforts, and foster collaboration across teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Scale Genesis block development efforts to support organizational growth and maintain engagement with external stakeholders
• Ensure incorporation of the latest Genesis, ODS, and AI features into the Solution Packaging Kit to enhance partner adoption
• Lead communication efforts to educate the ecosystem on block development and establish standards for solution creation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments
• 5+ years in enablement, technical training, or solution/product evangelism roles
• Proven experience aligning cross-functional teams around a product vision or standards
• Strong background in community engagement, developer relations, or internal technical communities of practice
