Senior Director Digital Strategy

Job Summary

To lead enterprise digital and technology initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Director Digital Strategy will manage the transformation roadmap, ensure alignment with business priorities, and track value realization across various digital and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with digital leadership to define and evolve the business-driven transformation roadmap
• Establish success metrics and governance for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Identify and resolve cross-functional trade-offs to enhance the digital operating model and drive enterprise value

Required qualifications

• College or university business degree, preferably in accounting or finance
• 10+ years of experience in transformation, digital strategy, or commercial leadership roles
• Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional enterprise change
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations is preferred
• Strong communication and change management skills
