Senior Director, DMPK
Job Summary
To drive the advancement of drug candidates, the full-time Senior Director, DMPK will ensure the delivery of DMPK-related activities, including nonclinical PK experiments and biotransformation studies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the filing of NDAs for DMPK
- Deliver high-quality DMPK input and data to projects within established timelines
- Utilize DMPK knowledge to support compound profiling and project strategy
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting
- Expertise in DMPK sciences and drug discovery and development processes
- Experience with regulatory submissions, including NDAs for small molecules
- Proficiency in using Phoenix WinNonlin and other software for PK modeling
