Senior Director Drug Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Drug Development Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project plans and progress from pre-clinical stages to commercialization
• Establish project lifetime plans, maintaining timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Collaborate with various teams to create integrated project plans and communicate project status to leadership

Required Qualifications and Education

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development across various phases
• At least 5 years of program management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting
• Strong leadership skills with a genuine interest in people management
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Clinical Development is an advantage
