Senior Director E-PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director E PMO responsible for designing and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the multi-year roadmap aligned with strategic and financial goals, translating enterprise priorities into a cohesive portfolio of initiatives
• Lead M&A integration efforts, creating a repeatable integration playbook and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee the Order-to-Cash process redesign and standardization, ensuring alignment with technology enablement and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, operational excellence, M&A integration, or business transformation
• Strong financial acumen to build and challenge business cases and understand P&L drivers
• Experience with technology teams on process-led automation and systems implementation
• Healthcare services experience in areas such as post-acute care, home health, or similar sectors
