Senior Director, Electrophysiology Supply Chain

Job Summary

Leading the MedTech EP-CNV Supply Chain Technology, the fully remote Senior Director, Electrophysiology Supply Chain will define technology vision and strategy, oversee operations and metrics, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance business outcomes and drive technology innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Co-create the global technology strategy for EP-CNV Supply Chain, aligning it with MedTech business goals and developing a prioritized roadmap
• Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI across the supply chain, leveraging data platforms and analytics to deliver actionable insights
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture and promoting the retention of top talent

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years in technology leadership, with at least 8 years in people leadership roles within matrixed environments
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience with supply chain business processes and foundational technology platforms such as ERP and MES
• Proven track record in product management and agile delivery, with fluency in cloud, APIs, and AI/ML technologies
