Senior Director, EMEA Alliances

Job Summary

Leading strategic partnerships in EMEA, the full-time salaried Senior Director, EMEA Alliances will manage relationships with Platinum-tier partners, drive consumption and pipeline growth, and oversee a team focused on enhancing partner engagement and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the EMEA GSI strategy across named Platinum-tier partners, fostering strategic relationships and engagement with C-Suite executives
• Lead partners through Databricks' platform innovations, ensuring they build practices and solutions around strategic priorities
• Manage a team of EMEA partner managers, providing coaching and strategic direction while aligning with regional leadership to drive growth

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in securing and supporting strategic partnerships in EMEA within a reputable technology organization
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team of alliance professionals to exceed target goals
• Deep understanding of Global SI partner organizations and the ability to engage with C-Suite executives effectively
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI/analytics, with the ability to articulate the value of Databricks solutions
• Demonstrated success in driving partner-sourced pipeline and executing structured joint campaigns
