Senior Director, Enterprise IT Services

Job Summary

Leading the internal IT strategy and operations, the full-time Senior Director, Enterprise IT Services will oversee the enterprise technology portfolio, manage vendor partnerships, and drive innovation through emerging technologies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise IT strategy, governance, and technology roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring secure and efficient service delivery across various environments
• Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications and SaaS platforms to maximize business value and support resource optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, including IT service delivery and operations
• 10+ years of senior IT leadership experience managing enterprise-wide IT operations and budgets
• Experience developing enterprise IT strategy across hybrid environments and implementing modern IT service management practices
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, information security, and cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
