Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Vice President, Jumbo & Enterprise Employer Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the national new business team focused on Jumbo and Enterprise employer growth, achieving and exceeding revenue goals
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable enterprise sales plans, pipeline priorities, and operational metrics
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategies and oversee enterprise sales forecasting and compensation design


Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years' experience in enterprise sales or business development within healthcare or digital health
  • Proven success engaging C-suite executives at Fortune 500 employer accounts
  • Deep understanding of employer benefits strategy and health plan distribution networks
  • Strong strategic and analytical acumen with a track record of quota overachievement
  • BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
