Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end strategic integrity of a portfolio of enterprise solutions, the full-time Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions will manage product strategy, brand messaging, business development, and sales while collaborating with senior leadership and ensuring market alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic definition and differentiation of each solution within the portfolio
- Ensure sales narratives and vertical strategies are aligned with product strategy and market needs
- Maintain relationships with platform partners and govern the external voice of the program through various communication channels
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, product, and marketing with a focus on analytical rigor and market intuition
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs and maintain quality across parallel workstreams
- Fluency in martech and enterprise software, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in creating messaging frameworks and sales narratives, with a critical eye for accuracy and relevance
- Strong written communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments under commercial pressure
