Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy

Job Summary

Focused on post-acute and long-term care enterprise growth, the full-time Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy will manage relationships and drive strategy with Multi-Unit Operators (MUOs) and enterprise partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary steward of MUO and enterprise growth priorities aligned with corporate strategy
• Identify and pursue enterprise expansion, integration, and pull-through opportunities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives across enterprise accounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare strategy, corporate accounts, or complex account leadership
• Proven enterprise sales experience in the long-term care sector at relevant clinical or technology platforms
• Strong strategic judgment and execution discipline
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with high emotional intelligence
