Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Ethics & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of selected elements of the company's compliance program
Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations related to anti-bribery and corruption
Conduct risk assessments and establish due diligence processes for third-party relationships

Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree
5+ years of relevant compliance experience in pharma or biotech
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws governing international pharmaceutical companies
Experience with digital and tech-enhanced communications and learning platforms
Ability to lead and influence without direct authority and collaborate across functions
