Senior Director, Event Experience Design

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end design of flagship event experiences, the full-time Senior Director, Event Experience Design will architect attendee journeys, manage content and production strategies, and establish operational frameworks for global events in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the end-to-end attendee journey, ensuring cohesive narratives across expo environments and content
• Architect mainstage and breakout content frameworks, partnering with various teams to translate strategy into engaging narratives
• Establish the experience design and production operating model, building a high-performing internal team and managing agency partners

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in experience design, content strategy, and production for large-scale B2B events
• Proven experience in managing both expo environments and mainstage content strategy as part of a unified experience
• Deep expertise in live production and staging for high-stakes events
• Experience in creating frameworks, playbooks, and operating models across matrixed organizations
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration
