Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes federal account strategies to achieve growth targets
• Manages the federal business development pipeline, including opportunity identification and lifecycle tracking
• Mentors and develops less experienced business development personnel and supports continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of business development experience in federal health, readiness, or workforce programs
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Established professional relationships within federal civilian or defense agencies
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding business development performance targets
