Leading growth initiatives for strategic Federal Civilian accounts, the hybrid Senior Director, Federal Growth Strategy will develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, leverage established relationships, and drive business development efforts across various federal agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across priority Federal Civilian accounts, including HHS, IRS, and NOAA
- Lead strategic pursuits throughout the federal opportunity lifecycle, from identification to capture and proposal
- Maintain and expand relationships with federal executives and program leaders to connect customer needs to Ad Hoc's capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Significant experience in business development and capture within the Federal Civilian market
- Established customer and industry relationships within Federal Civilian agencies
- Proven track record of developing qualified pipeline and winning federal business
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles
