Job Summary
To drive growth across strategic Federal Civilian accounts, the hybrid Senior Director, Federal Growth Strategy will develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, leverage existing relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams through the federal opportunity lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for priority Federal Civilian accounts, including HHS, IRS, and NOAA
- Lead strategic pursuits throughout the federal opportunity lifecycle, from identification to award
- Maintain and expand relationships with federal executives and program leaders to connect their needs with Ad Hoc's capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Significant experience in business development, capture, or account leadership within the Federal Civilian market
- Established relationships in the Federal Civilian market, particularly with agencies like HHS, IRS, and NOAA
- Proven track record of developing qualified pipelines and winning federal business
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles
