Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Program Executive to lead delivery oversight and enterprise transformation for Federal Civilian accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight across multiple large-scale Federal programs, ensuring delivery consistency and successful mission outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government executives, shaping technology strategy and execution approaches
• Drive portfolio-level governance, proactively identifying risks and stabilizing complex delivery environments

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex Federal programs with executive accountability
• Proven experience operating at Program Executive, Sr Director, or VP level across multiple accounts or enterprise portfolios
• Deep experience working within U.S. Federal agencies and navigating government delivery environments
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and senior government stakeholders
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance
