Senior Director, Field Analytics
Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Director, Field Analytics will manage sub-national and ad-hoc analysis and reporting, providing strategic insights to executive leadership and enhancing customer-facing analytics capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Set and achieve the vision for field reporting and ad hoc business analytics, developing roadmaps for future capabilities
- Provide actionable data-driven insights to support Field Leadership and align with organizational objectives
- Influence and align with multiple functional teams to address barriers impacting field performance through analytical insights
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience across commercial functions in the biopharmaceutical industry
- 8+ years of experience specifically within the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree is required; advanced educational qualifications (Master's, PhD) are preferred
- Proven track record of strong analytical skills and experience in managing diverse teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and influence investment in data solutions
