Senior Director, Finance Process Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Finance Process Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global end-to-end process ownership across finance touchpoints
• Lead the identification and elimination of process variation and create a culture of continuous improvement
• Build and lead a team of Business Analysts and Value Stream Process Owners to foster teamwork and alignment

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Finance, Transformation, or Shared Services with expertise in process ownership
• Experience leading large-scale global process improvement and automation initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Finance or Business preferred
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Workday Financials
• Proven leadership in building high-performing teams and driving innovation
