A company is looking for a Senior Director, Financial Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including monthly financial close processes
• Lead annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting while ensuring compliance with financial policies
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to support financial systems and revenue generation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of nonprofit accounting and financial management experience with GAAP expertise
• BS in Accounting or related field; MBA or master's degree and CPA preferred
• Extensive experience with accounting and financial management systems
• Minimum of 15 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills with a strategic vision and results-driven work style
